IS A TINYUK HOME RIGHT FOR ME

TinyUK homes are fully road legal & ideally suited for those who are looking for one of the most affordable ways to enter the property market. They are perfect for everyone with a wish to design elements of their very own dream starter home or even set up a Airbnb style business.

A typical tiny home owner is someone who lives in a tiny home as a investment, to save money for  the future while living more sustainably.

All TinyUK homes come with a minimum 50 year warranty, which you can pass onto the next person you sell your home to.

It's a great project for weekends or even if you are just bored of watching TV & are now looking for a more meaningful project in life. 
 

HOW WARM ARE TINYUK HOMES

Moni Omega models are issued with a energy performance rating.

Our scores are so high thanks to our years of experience from working all over the world on construction projects, such as building high performance accommodation down in Antarctica, for the British Antarctic Survey.

 

What we have developed & engineered is our own unique multi layer highly insulated wall systems. Our walls also assist heat recovery up to 93%. So all TinyUK Moni Omega models are comfortable in all four seasons.

 

All TinyUK homes come with triple glazing, are passive sealed & have a low to none thermal bridged zero maintenance exterior.

WILL MY TINYUK HOME HOLD IT'S VALUE

TinyUK homes come with their own passed test certification covering each & every aspect of their construction. Homes also come with a 50 year construction warranty, which is transferable to the next person you sell your TinyUK home to.

Should anything unfortunate happen to your TinyUK home, you can feel reassured by the fact that we are not that far away, as our workshop is in the heart of the UK. 

All TinyUK homes come with German engineered triple glazed windows & doors. Are passive sealed using Swiss engineered vapour barriers, with low to none thermal bridged zero maintenance exteriors.

 

 TinyUK is founded on experience gained from working in the harshest conditions on earth from Antarctic ice shelves, to African deserts. Working on government & domestic construction projects.

HOW DO WE BUY A TINYUK HOME

 

-How it all works-

Either purchase direct at our shop menu Or Contact us for free

to discuss your ideas & receive a free quote.

Once your happy with your initial design brief , you will need to pay your first deposit
to cover the final design plans & cover some of the crucial construction materials.


On completion of your home & before it leaves our workshop
 the rest of the bill will need to be settled before delivery.

Deliver will be free to anywhere in mainland UK, to your chosen location & on the agreed date. 

WHERE CAN I PARK MY HOME

Essentially anywhere you have permission from the land owner e.g. driveways, gardens, caravan parks. We are hearing of all kinds of wonderful movements. From Universities providing locations on campus with allotments. To people posting letters through letterboxes asking to rent the home owners driveways & gardens in suburbs close to city centres.
More and more people are purchasing land for small holding's, so they can live onsite to manage their animals.

 

LIVING OFF GRID WITH WATER

Rainwater can be a great addition to provide water for washing machines & bathing.


For those who wish to travel a lot we recommend composting toilets as there is no need to carry large volumes of water, simply empty the toilet when you are in a suitable location.

If Like us you enjoy regular baths or long showers, do so feeling guilt free. Thanks to the installation of separate rainwater storage tanks, positioned on the ground externally of your TinyUK home.

LIVING OFF GRID WITH ELECTRICITY

Living off grid, this is achievable regarding electricity from our TinyUK Moni Omega models solar setups, keep in mind this means you will need to use your electricity more efficiently than being connected to mains electricity. TinyUK Moni Omega models come with the ability to also be plugged into a mains. This will also directly charge the batteries should it be needed.

Many Tiny home owners plug into the main grid. Using electricity from the grid during off peak times when electricity is at it's cheapest.

Energy suppliers can now be found who only use 100% renewable energy sources.

ARE TINY HOMES CARAVANS

TinyUK Moni Omega models are fully certified to be legally.

- trailer leisure accommodation vehicle that meet requirements for construction & use of road vehicles-

Therefore they are useable on your driveway, along with being used across the UK & EU in the same way as a caravan. Along with the added build quality of a high performance home.

TOWING

All TinyUK homes are delivered free in mainland UK, those within mainland EU are subject to a 2 euros charge per km.

TinyUK homes 7m or less not including A frame & weigh less than 3501kg need to be towed by a vehicle weighing 3500kg

TinyUK homes weighing over 3500kg or are over 7m not including A frame need to be towed by a vehicle weighing more than 3500kg.
